As we have been following on Sakhile Nkambule and 80 Scripts social media ever since Babes Wodumo and Maphintja’s case. We saw Sakhile’s tweet yesterday as seen below:
Unfortunately the business had to continue with the matter legally and I will report this to the Swaziland music and arts association and let the law do its thing 🙏🏾 I will not be addressing this again.

We then asked 80 Script to comment on the issue and his words were, “I’m ready, I didn’t lie so I am not intimidated by the law. Even my apology had nothing to do with my claim. My apology only had to do with the pain everyone close to us is going through. This doesn’t scare me because I know I am telling the truth and can prove it in a court of law, not in a court of public opinion” said Zolile “80 Script” Motsa.
After that, we decided to contact SWAMA since Nkambule said he was going to report the issue with the association, however, when reached they said “As this has now become a legal matter, kindly note that SWAMA reserves the right not to comment. We trust that both parties will find common ground to resolve this issue. Our doors are always open, and although we may not be the law, our mandate revolves around us creating a healthy environment for all Eswatini artists to grow and flourish. ” said by SWAMA’s PR Penny Bouwer.
We then asked 80 Script to tell us if he had received any court documents yet and he said: ” No, so to me there’s no court date until im served with papers from the court, right now, I doubt there’s even a court session pending but eighter way im good for it.”
Upon compiling this report there we still tweets we were seeing and Sakhile responding:
No one asked you to join any conversation. Now you feel forced? Continue your slander. You guys forget that I’m your age group and know how to use Twitter. I can also type, but I think before doing so https://t.co/1dp2S2fmcx
