A handful of both local artist and companies alike have all joined hands to support Manzini based Foundation in raising funds to the day to day running of the organisation. SEM Cares Foundation is set to be officially launched on the 27th of April 2019 at The George Hotel in Manzini from 2 pm till late. The foundation’s main endorsement comes from Eswatini National Youth Council (ENYC).
A number of local artists have come forward to support the initiative. These include but not limited to singers Flowee, Mzimkhulu, Kena, rapper Mr kangaroo and comedian Dr Shakes. Companies like New life entertainment, Lukhele Mobile, 03 Zone Energy Drink are also giving back to the community by supporting this initiative. In a bid to raise funds prior to the event, SEM Cares Foundation is also selling tickets that will give the general public access to the prestigious event. All tickets will enter for a raffle draw which will allow people to stand a chance of winning one of three Lukhele Mobile Smartphones.
As a youth-based foundation, SEM Cares Foundation will present a fashion show on the day of the launch and officially announce 3 Brand Ambassadors who will lead all members who decide to sign up with the Foundation. Fashion lovers are also invited to attend in their numbers to come and support this good cause. Tickets are available with SEM Cares Foundation members and at Dairy Board Building in Manzini. The general ticket only costs E80 and VIP tickets costs E150 whilst V.V.I.P tickets costs E300. When buying any of these tickets you are guaranteed to get a FREE O 3 Zone energy drink and also stand a chance to win 1 of 3 Lukhele Mobile smartphones which will also be launched soon.
