Judge John Magagula has issued a judgement sentencing Qing Ming He to life imprisonment yesterday at the High Court of Eswatini. He was convicted for a total of 11 charges which include kidnapping, murder, attempted exhortation, possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of magazine, theft of a number plate, contravening the Passport Act to mention a few.
Oliveira was kidnapped and disappeared in April 2017.
