His Majesty King Mswati III has appointed judges of the Supreme Court, High Court and Industrial Court of Appeal.
Also appointed by His Majesty King Mswati IIII is well respected prosecutor Lomvula Hlophe who is now the Acting DPP. Familiar faces in the appointments include Human Rights Commissioner Sabelo Masuku who has been appointed as a Judge at the High Court.
The judges were sworn by the Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala in the presence of the Honourable Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs Pholile Shakantu.
The King also appointed acting judges who will act for three months and they include Mabandla Dlamini (Supreme Court), Thami L Dlamini (High Court) and Banele Mgcamphalala (Industrial Court).
