The Acting Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs Nompumelelo Dlamini has announced the temporary closure of the Manzini Immigration Regional Service Centre.
The centre will be closed from Wednesday, February 22 and resume operations on Monday, February 27. The closure is attributed to refurbishments warranted by water leakage from the upper rooms of the offices.
“Members of the public seeking urgent services are advised to use alternative service centres such as Mankayane Immigration Service Centre, Lobamba Inkhundla where services have been decentralised and the Mbabane Immigration Offices”.
In previous months the service centres under the Ministry of Home Affairs were temporarily closed due to the unavailability of network services and in some instances, during the Covid-19 era, the offices were temporarily closed to be fumigated.
