Their Majesties, emaSwati brave cold for Police Day

Their Majesties, dignitaries and emaSwati at large have braved the cold to grace the Police Day and Passout at Matsapha Police Academy.

This Police Day marks the 20th Edition of this Police annual event which is also momentous because of the Passing Out Parade of recruits.

The Police Service has used this event to commemorate His Majesty King Mswati III and Commander in Chief’s 55th birthday.


The Police Service further celebrates 116 years of existence in the country.

During the parade, Police officers undertook to ensure that the Parliamentary Elections will run smoothly as mandated by the Constitution.

The day’s proceedings


“The Police Service has heightened the virtues of safety and security to ensure a seamless election process,” they said in unison.
