His Excellency the Right Honorable Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini has advised the new NERCHA Executive Director (ED) not to disappoint them.
This was during the unveiling of the new ED at NERCHA Headquarters where the PM was a keynote speaker.
Dlamini unveiled Dr. Nondumiso Ginindza-Ncube as the new Executive Director.

“Do not disappoint us as you are adding on to an already dedicated team. We look forward to what you will do in this office, and we wish you all the best, said the Premier.
Dlamini further said he was confident that Dr. Ginindza has the pre-requisite qualifications and experience not only to move the organization forward but to transform it in line with the evolving status of HIV/AIDS in the country.
“A woman is now at the helm of one of the most important organizations in the country, I ask you to support her, and I require of her not to disappoint us.
On behalf of His Majesty’s Government, we congratulate the NERCHA Board/Council for concluding the recruitment process and ensuring stability in the NERCHA Directorate whilst recruiting for the National Executive Director,” he said.

The PM joined by board members and the staff at NERCHA wished Dr. Ginindza success in her new role where she will work with the most experienced and dedicated team and His Majesty’s Government.
“I must say the whole world is watching how Eswatini is doing in the fight against HIV/AIDS. We would like to see Eswatini free of HIV/AIDS and that is your greatest task,” he said.
