The Municipal Council of Manzini awarded two tenders worth over E1.2 million respectively on Monday.
This is according to the Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ESPPRA)
website which stated that the tenders were disbursed to different companies in accordance with Section 45 of the Public Procurement Act No 7 of 2011, following a competitive bidding process.
The first tender worth E985,320 was awarded to Hannah Investment a Swati company for the provision of cleaning services.

Hannah beat five other companies including Platinum Investment that ranked second during bidding with an evaluated bid price of E855,600.
The four other companies N.Q.O, Speed Clean, NNX, and DOXA were disqualified during the technical evaluation stage.
The other tender valued at E287,500 was for the provision of salary review and benchmarking services.
The Municipality awarded the tender to SNG Grant Thornton, a Swati company that was vying for the tender with three other companies.
Two of these were from Eswatini and another from neighbouring South Africa.
The Institute Development Management (IDM) was disqualified during the preliminary evaluation stage, whilst JBH ranked third.
Emergence Growth from South Africa ranked second with an evaluated bid price of E431 250.
