During the period covering July 11 to July 18, 2024, the Royal Eswatini Police Service (REPS) made breakthroughs in cases across the four regions in the country.
In Piggs Peak, a 36-year-old man of Eluvinjetlweni was arrested and charged in connection with a murder case whereby a 29-year-old man of Meleti was stabbed two times in the head with a sharp object while in the area.
In Mankayane a 35-year-old man of Sihlutse was arrested and charged for being found in possession of a dagga weighing 142.562 g without a lance or permit while at the Mponono area.

Meanwhile in Siteki, a man of Lunkuntu was arrested and charged for robbing a 33-year-old man of Matsetsa a sum of E 5 000 and cigarettes valued at E 454 00 at gunpoint while at Lonhlupheko Foodliner Supermarket.
The police further arrested a 29-year-old man from Mantabeni and charged him with breaking into a house and stealing a sum of E12 400 and property valued at E18 649 while in the Luhhwahhweni area.
In the same region, a 30-year-old man from Ngwane Park and a 33-year-old man from Madonsa were arrested and charged with stealing a Toyota Hilux valued at E250 000.00 while parked in the Madonsa area.
A 23-year-old man of Mvutshini was arrested and charged in connection with a murder case whereby a 23-year-old man of Qomintaba (Lavumisa) was stabbed all over the body while in the Mvutshini area.
