A young woman is seeking help from members of the public in finding her car that was stolen on Saturday.
This was during the second and last day of the Standard Bank food and lifestyle Luju festival.

The woman appealed to people through her Facebook page.

Meanwhile Chief Police Information and Communication Officer Superintendent Phindile Vilakati confirmed the matter.

She said Malkerns police are investigating a theft of motor vehicle case whereby on August 3, 2024, at 23:00 hours a 19-year-old girl reported that her silver Mazda Demio with registration numbers RSD 960 BH valued E40 000-00 was stolen while parked at House on Fire in Malkerns.

“Anyone who may have information on that will lead to the recovery of the motor vehicle or the arrest of the suspect can contact Malkerns Police Desk Officer,” Said Vilakati.

She further mentioned that on August 4, 2024, at Ngwenya kaDake area along Ngwenya/Mbabane highway (MR3) public road Mbabane Lane, a Nissan hard body driven by a 29-year-old

man of Emaplazini area knocked down an unknown male pedestrian who sustained serious injuries on the head and other parts of the body.

“He was conveyed to Mbabane government hospital where he was certified dead,” said Vilakati.
