A fervent statement released by the Government of Eswatini’s spokesperson, Alpheous Nxumalo, has the unwavering dedication of His Majesty King Mswati III to the welfare of the Emaswati has once again been highlighted.
This highlights the monarch’s benevolence both within the kingdom and abroad, reinforcing his reputation as a ruler committed to the well-being of his people.
Nxumalo underlined that the King’s charitable efforts are not motivated by personal wealth, but stem from a deep-seated passion for the Emaswati community.
“His Majesty has consistently demonstrated his good heartedness, showing love and compassion for our people regardless of where he is, whether in Eswatini or during overseas visits in countries like South Africa, the USA, the UK, Zambia, and now Serbia,” Nxumalo remarked in the official statement.

Significantly, the Spokesperson referenced instances where young Emaswati approached King Mswati III for employment opportunities during his local engagements.
The King, displaying his commitment to his people’s welfare, has directed his Cabinet to facilitate assistance, ensuring that the voices of the youth are heard and acted upon.
Nxumalo’s remarks come in response to criticisms circulating on social media that suggest the King’s generosity is a fade for a lavish lifestyle.
He dismissed these claims as “hypocrisy and pretentiousness,” emphasizing that the King’s actions speak louder than the narratives spun by detractors.
“Whatever His Majesty does for his people in Eswatini is mirrored in his actions abroad,” he asserted.
