Young Zesh confirmed for Makoti Festival

Talented Eswatini star Young Zesh is set to take the stage at the highly anticipated Makoti Festival, alongside Maskandi legend, uGatsheni.

The NACAs 2024 Outstanding Afro-Pop Artist Young Zesh, born Mzwandile Comfort Ginindza (24) will, for the first time, grace the fourth edition of the Makoti Festival.

This was confirmed by the festival’s director, Thembinkosi Mthethwa. Scheduled for April 26, 2025, this annual celebration will be a feast for the senses, showcasing the rich heritage and creativity of the nation while providing a vibrant platform for local talent and entrepreneurship.

Tickets for the festival are now available, starting at E200, and can be purchased through Howler and Computicket. Festivalgoers are encouraged to secure their tickets early to avoid disappointment.

Last year, on April 27, 2024, the festival took place at the picturesque Malkerns Country Club, where attendees were treated to an unforgettable lineup of musical performances.

The stage was graced by the soulful sounds of Maskandi artist Mthandeni SK, the uplifting melodies of gospel sensation Ntokozo Mbambo, and the dynamic rhythms of the traditional group Lodanda neMalangeni.
