ETVA and ESSA renew vows

The Eswatini Television Authority and Eswatini School Sports Association have renewed their vows towards the live broadcast of the 2026 Instacash Schools Games competition.

The partnership started last year during the previous edition of the annual school’s competition.

The games will kick off on Tuesday (June 9, 2026) in the four regions of the country.

“We are happy with the partnership with Eswatini TV, and this will certainly help us to grow talent for the country.

We believe that we will breed exciting talent that will eventually represent clinch professional contract out of the country,” he said.

ETVA Chief Executive Officer Mlamuli Dlamini said the partnership will enhance the development of the sport in the country.

“We are delighted to renew our partnership with ESSA, and this is the perfect platform to showcase local talent. We are confident that the games will be a success and appreciate the support of Instacash towards the games,” he said.

Some of the partners for the games include Joma Sports and Northwest University.

The exciting annual school competition has produced several Premier League stars such as Hleliso Gamedze (Royal Leopard), Innocent Pakule (Moneni Pirates) and Quality Dlamini ( Nsingizini Hotspurs), among others.
