Mbabane Highlanders have won the race to sign local coach Percy Shongwe.
Shongwe has joined the capital city giants from Ubombo Sugar FC.
He was part of the Milton Dlamini-led technical bench at the sugarbelt side. 
He was also on the wish list of cross-town rivals Mbabane Swallows.
He started drilling the team on Tuesday.
Highlanders General Manager Richard Makhoba confirmed the acquisition of Shongwe.
We are in the process of strengthening our technical bench with the roping in of Percy,” he said.
Shongwe could not be reached for comment when compiling this report.
Shongwe comes with a wealth of coaching experience having coached the likes of Red Rhinos, Manzini Wanderers, Moneni Pirates, and Denver Sundowns.
He also had a brief stint with Mopane Tigers in the ABC Motsepe League.
