The High Court of Eswatini has dismissed an application by Sipho Shongwe to have the name of witnesses made known. Judge N. Hlophe stated that he has tried but failed to ascertain as to why the applicant (Sipho Shongwe) wants to do with the name of the witnesses. This was after he was given the statements of the witnesses but with their names omitted by the crown.
