Judges of the Industrial Court were sworn in at the High Court by the Chief Justice Bheki Maphalala. Judge Manene Thwala who was an Attorney based in Manzini, Judge Dumsile Faith Dlamini who was serving as Chief Magistrate at the Gaborone Magistrate Court in Botswana.
