Meanwhile, Ndzinisa is currently the Principal at Mbabane Central High. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Humanities and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education obtained from the University of Eswatini.
Her profile reflects that she is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Leadership and Management. She was ordained as a pastor in 2016. She has served as a Board Member of the Eswatini Energy Regulatory Authority and is passionate about developing young people to be responsible citizens.
The appointments were made terms of section 90 of the Eswatini Constitution and are with immediate effect.
The Constitution tasks the EBC to supervise voter registration, ensure fair and free elections, facilitate voter education, delimit tinkhundla and produce periodic reports on work done.
The EBC is required to produce a report after each election on that election for the minister responsible for elections.
During the fourth year of Parliament, the Elections and Boundaries Commission is supposed to review the number and boundaries of tinkhundla (constituencies) into which Eswatini is divided and submit to the King a report with recommendations to change or retain the existing position. The report should be submitted at least nine months before the dissolution of Parliament in terms of section 134(2) of the Constitution.
