“Part of the reason I am here today is being trusted by Eswatini Mobile and signing a contract. Companies must give artists a chance to shine and showcase their talents and I am preaching that Gospel to other companies. I was nothing and small but Eswatini Mobile believed in me and this is where I am today. I urge them to also help other artists,” Msandi kaBaba said.

The album Media launch was graced by the presence of Minister of Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs Harries Bulunga. In his speech, Bulunga said there is no better way to express art than using cultural expression.

“It gives a sense of pride and patriotism. Not only that but it also makes people stop and stare in amazement. The outcome of that is that the country gets promoted in the process,” Bulunga said.

The minister said it is important for every artist to never digress from cultural identity to make a meaningful impact in the market.

Arts and Culture CEO Stanley Dlamini said for every artist to be taken seriously in the industry, he must have an artist manager.

“Collaborations help us tap into spaces where we would have never reached. We appreciate Siyalu Entertainment for helping Msandi. A stable ensures a proper representation of the artist. Where you lose your cool as an artist, the stable is always there to hide that,” Dlamini said.

Tickets for the launch are sold in all Shoprite Computickets outlets at E150 each.
