ALL is not well at Denver Sundowns. The Eswatini Daily News has reliably gathered that the team players are allegedly owed three months’ salaries. A source close to the matter revealed that the issue has still not been resolved by the Management Committee (MC).
“The situation doesn’t look good for the team as players are still owed three months salaries and they are waiting for Management to address the issue. This has affected the team performance in the recent matches where they have suffered two loses and a draw in the recent three matches,” the source said.
Sundowns Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Elvis Dube said he was not in a good position to comment on the matter as he was currently held up by work commitments. “I can be in a better position to comment on Monday when I return from work,” he said.

The Milton Dlamini-led side is currently sitting at the 11th position on the Premier League standings with nine points after nine games and faces a treasure-hunting Royal Leopard on Sunday in their next Premier League outing slated for Simunye Stadium.
The well-travelled former Baroka Coach, Dlamini is being assisted by former Swallows Coach Musa Manyatsi and former Royal Leopard goalkeeper Thokozani ‘Bettle ‘Mamba who is the goalkeeper coach.
The ‘Kappa boys’ are fresh from a 1-1 all draw with rivals Manzini Wanderers at Mavuso Sports Centre who are also in the same predicament.
