The countdown begins with the highly anticipated Mahamba Gorge Music Fest, where South African Afro-Pop sensations Blaq Diamond are poised to steal the show with their electrifying performance.
The inaugural Mahamba Gorge Music Fest, scheduled to take place from April 26 to 28, 2024, promises a spectacular three-day celebration of music, culture, and entertainment against the stunning backdrop of the Mahamba Gorge in Eswatini.
With a star-studded lineup that includes a diverse range of artists such as Sands, Young Zesh, and the Police Gospel Messengers, festival goers can expect a dynamic mix of musical genres that will keep them dancing from dusk to dawn.

Comedy lovers are in for a treat with a lineup of hilarious comedians ready to tickle funny bones and keep the laughter flowing throughout the festival.
And for those who love to dance, a lineup of top DJs will ensure that the party never stops, with non-stop beats that will have everyone on their feet.
Individual tickets for the festival are priced at E350, with a special team package available for groups of 5 at E1,700.
Not only does the festival aim to showcase local talent and provide a platform for artists to shine, but it also seeks to boost the local economy and attract visitors to the region.

Blaq Diamond’s rise to fame has been nothing short of remarkable. From their debut album ‘Inqola’ to their chart-topping singles ‘Ibhanoyi’ and ‘Love Letter,’ the duo has captured the hearts of fans worldwide with their unique blend of Afro-soul, Maskandi, and Umbhaqanga influences.
The duo met in 2010 while on a school trip where they participated in a rap cypher in the school bus and began spending more time together, participating in school functions which earned them recognition in the community and local surroundings.
The two decided to move to Johannesburg for better musical prospects, which made them signed under Ambitiouz Records in 2017.
At the 6th ceremony of the All Africa Music Awards their song ‘Summer YoMuthi’ received eight nominations including, Best Male Artiste in Southern Africa, Artiste of the Year in Africa, Song of the Year in Africa, Producer of the Year in Africa, Best Male Artiste in African Inspirational Music, Breakout Artiste of the Year, Best Artiste, Duo or Group in African Pop, and Best African Duo, Group or Band.
