He highlighted the challenges faced by the Ministry in securing adequate funding solely from the government and praised the timely intervention of the American Embassy.

“The American Embassy came at the right time to assist with the state-of-the-art ablutions that have been built in the school.

This assistance has not only benefitted Makhungutja Primary School but has also extended to many other schools and needy communities, proving to be pivotal in transforming many lives in our communities.

For that, as a country, we are both humbled and grateful,” Nhlengetfwa stated.

Nhlengetfwa further highlighted the importance of such international partnerships, emphasizing the positive impact they have on the educational infrastructure and community well-being.

We implore the learners to show their gratitude by using the facility as best as they can until such time that others coming after them can benefit and see the importance of maintaining high hygienic standards,” Nhlengetfwa said.

“Once again, to the Embassy, we are eternally grateful for this gift and may the Lord bless us all,” Nhlengetfwa concluded his remarks.
