Nokukhanya Maphosa, 26 of Hawane area Chief Sipho Shongwe, was fined E 5 000 or two years imprisonment for housebreaking with intent to steal.

According to the charge sheet on June 7, 2024, and at (or near) the Mpolonjeni area in the Hhohho region, the said accused person did wrongfully, unlawfully,

and intentionally break a church in the presence of Thabile Mdluli and stole items valued at E16 800 the property of or in lawful possession of Thabile Mdluli and thus committed the said offence.

The stolen items include a grey Yamaha keyboard valued at E7,000.00, a black Wafaa speaker valued at E16,000.00,

six mic cables valued at E2,000.00, a cordless mic valued at E1,000.00, and two cable speakers.
In the second count, the said accused person was charged with the offence of housebreaking with intent to steal and theft.

In that on June 8, 2024, and at (or near) Mpolonjeni area, in the Hhohho region, the said accused person did wrongfully, unlawfully and intentionally break and enter a church and stole items worth E 11, 300.

In the same court Principal Magistrate Fikile Nhlabatsi fined Bhekimuzi Dlamini 32 Mnyokane under Chief Mnisi E 2000 or 10 months in prison.

The accused person was charged with the offence of contravening section 77 (1) (h) of the sexual offences and domestic violence act 15 of 2018.

In that on June 1,2024 and at or near Motshane area in the Hhohho region, the said accused person did wrongfully and unlawfully damage front door of a Nissan Dualis car registered ASD 801 DH valued at E3, 105-00 the property of or in the lawful possession of Prosper Mbatha being ex- girlfriend to the accused and thus contravened the said act.

This was the same for Zamani Ncongwane who was charged with the offence of contravening section 77 (1) (4) of the sexual offence and domestic violence act 15/901.

On April 10, 2024, and at (or near) Mnyokane area in the Hhohho region, the said accused person did wrongfully and unlawfully assault one Ncobile Dlamini (being girlfriend to accused with open hands on the face and thus contravened the said act.

He was fined E2000 or 2 years imprisonment. When mitigating his case he said, anger made him do it.
Sipho Dlamini, was remanded out of custody until July 2, 2024 for setting for trial.

The accused was charged with the offence of contravening section 77 (1) (a) of the sexual offences and domestic violence act 15/2018.

In that on June 9, 2024, and at (or near) Korinte area in the Hhohho region, the said accused person did wrongfully and unlawfully assault one Nonjabuliso Msimango with open hands on the face several times and further strangled and thus contravened the said act.

Nkululeko Mpendulo Simelane 36 years of Nhletjeni under chief Fipha was charged with the offence of: contravening section 77 (1) (a) of the sexual offences and domestic violence act 15/2018.

In that on April 19, 2024, and at (or near) Mnyokane area in the Hhohho region, the said accused person did wrongfully and unlawfully assault one Gcebile Dlamini (being girlfriend to accused) with open hands on the face and thus contravened the said act.

Sibangani Dlamini, 51 years of Ezulwini Buka was charged with the offence of attempted murder.

In that on June 14, 2024, at or near Mlindazwe area in the district of Hhohho, the said accused person did wrongfully,

unlawfully and intentionally stab one Nokwanda Ndwandwe being his wife several times on the body and thus committed the said offence.

In the same court, Sipho Mubi Mabuza, 42 years of Mahwalala under Chief Zembe was charged with the offence of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

In that upon or about October 31, 2023, at (or near) Mahwalala area in the Hhohho region, the said accused person did wrongfully,

intentionally and unlawfully assault one Thulani Mkhonta by stabbing him and thus committed the said offence.

Making an appearance again Wenzile Dlamini, 34 years of age, was also charged with the offense of theft.

In the Month of February 2024 in the Ekupheleni area, in the district of Hhohho, the said accused person did wrongfully,

unlawfully and intentionally steal items valued at E3,700-00, committed the property of or in lawful possession of Mfanzile Dlamini and thus committed the said offense.

The stolen items include a gray and red Vice valued at E3, 000,00 and a Jerk mobile valued at E700.

The combined value for these items is E 3700. The accused was granted bail fixed at E 4000 or remained in custody.

In the same court, a man in the Hhohho Region, the said accused unlawfully and intentionally assaulted one Themba Matse by hacking him with a bush knife once on the forehead and one foot,

inflicting near fatal wounds and thus committing the said offense of assault with the intention to cause bodily grievous harm.

A 30-year-old, Thabo Simelane, was charged with the offense of theft and was slapped with bail fixed at E4000 and remains in custody until May 29, 2024.

Simelane is said to have, on May 17, 2024, stolen in, to Mpolonjeni area in the district of Hhohho, wrongfully, unlawfully and intentionally stolen items valued at E18,400.00, the property of or in the lawful possession of Jabulani Dlamini committed the said offence.

The list of stolen items includes 13kg of silver valued at E400 and a black 100 wat speaker valued at E18,000.00. This makes the total value of stolen items E18, 400.00.
