According to MP Ngcamphalala, the youth who fall under the about-to-be-built D 53 road are eager to venture into business opportunities.
“We anticipate more youth to be employed by the construction companies and more than that, we have already empowered the youth to venture into entrepreneurship and be self-employed,” the MP said.
It should be noted that the Siphofaneni-Siphambanweni road project is expected to enhance connectivity and promote economic development in the area.
The Siphofaneni-Siphambanweni road, which stretches over 110 kilometres, has long required repair and expansion.
The current condition of the road has posed challenges for both commuters and businesses, hindering the smooth flow of goods and services.
The Member of Parliament expressed gratitude to the King for his dedication to the development of infrastructure in Eswatini.
The MP emphasized that the investment in the Siphofaneni-Siphambanweni road will not only improve transportation but also create job opportunities for residents.
