Siyabonga Mnisi, a Liswati adult of 27 years of Malanti, has been slapped with six charges.
The accused was charged with the offence of contravening section 88 (1) (e) as read with Section 122 (5) (a) of the traffic road 2007.
In that upon or about June 30, 2024, at about 08:20 hours and at or near Sidwashini in the region of Hhohho, the accused being the driver of motor vehicle PSD 764 CH,
BMW sedan did wrongfully and unlawfully drive the said motor vehicle along MR 3 Public Road and failed to furnish his name and address to the police and thus contravened the above cited Act.

In the second count, the accused is charged with the offence of contravening section 41 (1) of the Criminal Procedure and Evidence Act 67/1938.
In that upon or about June 30, 2024, at about 08: 20 hours at or near Sidwashini in the region of Hhohho,
the accused being the driver of motor vehicle PSD 764 CH, B.M. W sedan did wrongfully and unlawfully drive the said motor vehicle along MR 3 Public Road and intentionally resisted arrest affected by 7946 Constable Dlamini by Seeing and was later caught and thus committed the said offence.

In one of the many charges, the driver of the motor vehicle PSLJCH, H.M.W sedan did wrongfully and unlawfully drive the said motor vehicle along MH 3 Public Read whilst under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drug having a narcotic effect and thus contravened the above cited.
The accused is said to have had a strong smell of alcohol. He was charged E8000 or spend 24 months in prison.
