Manzini Wanderers are not going down without a fight to consolidate their premier league status.
The hub giants have since appealed to the Eswatini Football Association (EFA) Disciplinary Committee.
This after the Thulani Nsibandze dismissed their protest Denver Sundowns defender Jimoh Moses.
Nsibandze said the Wanderers had no case against Moses after they claimed that the player (Moses) didn’t have a work permit during the last 2023 /24 MTN Premier League clash played at Somholo National Stadium on May 19, 2024.

The result relegated Wanderers to the MTN National First Division.
Wanderers are accusing the DC of having erred on the matter despite evidence presented before the DC by Senior Immigration Officer Zodwa Mkhwanazi.
The ‘Weslians’ further accused the DC of ignoring further evidence from Sundowns Secretary Gugu Fakudze during the last hearing held at Sigwaca House.
Wanderers further accused the DC Chairman of allegedly having a personal relationship with Sundowns Lawyer Zakhele Dlamini.
Wanderers’ governor Bongani ‘Bhanyaza’ Mdluli confirmed the latest update.
“We have since filed an appeal and we are now waiting for the appeal date,” he said.
EFA Chief Executive Officer Frederick Mngometulu said DC cases are being handled by the DC.
“DC cases are handled by the Disciplinary Committee which is an independent body,” he said.
