Temaswati Simelane, one of the event organisers, shared the motivation behind this exciting initiative. “Our primary aim for this event is to achieve good grades, as it is part of our school project.

However, it goes beyond academics; we want to develop our organizing and marketing skills,” she explained.

Simelane emphasized the importance of financial sustainability, stating, “We hope to gain financially through ticket sales and sponsorships, which will allow us to continue pursuing our passions in event management.”

Attendees can expect an evening filled with excitement and entertainment. The event will feature a runway show showcasing models costumed by Ikleri Stores, one of the sponsors.

Guests are encouraged to “dress to kill,” as there will be a competition for the best-dressed attendee. The winner will walk away with an E850 voucher and a bottle of Gin from Shelela Gin, another event sponsor.
