South African legendary Maskandi artist uGatsheni is set to perform at the highly anticipated Limuva Arts Festival Shutdown Party.

This much-anticipated event promises to be an unforgettable night of music and celebration, taking place on October 26, 2024, at MJ Lodge & Lifestyle in KaNcesi.

M Nation, the director of the Limuva Arts Festival, recently revealed the lineup for the shutdown party, confirming that uGatsheni, known for his soulful melodies and captivating performances, will take the stage alongside him.

The festival director expressed his excitement, stating, “Having uGatsheni perform is a dream come true for us. His music resonates with many, and we are thrilled to close the festival with such a powerful artist.”

General entry tickets are priced at E100, while those wishing to purchase at the gate will find tickets available for E150. For those looking to elevate their experience, VIP tickets are available for E500, ensuring an exclusive and memorable night.

The Limuva Arts Festival, which wrapped up its vibrant celebrations just last weekend at Killarney Stadium in Piggs Peak,

has become a cornerstone of the local arts scene, drawing hundreds of attendees eager to experience the rich cultural tapestry of the region.

uGatsheni, whose real name is Mlungisi Ndlovu, hails from Pongola in KwaZulu-Natal. Since launching his musical career in 2012 at the young age of 22,

he has made a significant mark on the South African music landscape. His album ‘Inhlupheko’, released in 2021,

achieved remarkable commercial success, earning a Platinum certification from the Recording Industry of South Africa (RiSA) after selling over 20,000 copies.

The artist is known for hit tracks like “Hits After Hits” and “Emendweni,” which have become anthems for fans across Southern Africa.
