The long-awaited week-long Central Bank of Eswatini Graduate Trainee Programme aptitude tests are currently underway.
This intensive assessment period is designed to evaluate the potential and skills of recent graduates applying for trainee positions at the Central Bank.
The programme includes a variety of tests and activities aimed at assessing candidates’ analytical abilities, financial knowledge, problem-solving skills, and suitability for roles within the institution.

As one of the key steps in the recruitment process, the aptitude test serves as a critical gateway for aspiring professionals to contribute to the financial sector in Eswatini.
According to the bank’s social media post, the testing began on Monday, January 20, 2025, and will conclude on Friday, January 24, 2025.
The testing exercise follows an advertisement inviting suitable and qualifying graduates to apply for the Bank’s GT programme, with 2,059 applications being received.
Given the overwhelming response, the ongoing exercise is to ensure a fair and transparent recruitment process. Successful applicants from this test will be shortlisted for final interviews.

The bank has advised applicants with questions to communicate through the CBE social media platforms via Inbox.
