Indvuna praises Executive Chairman Michelo Shakantu for uplifting communities

“Babe Shakantu siva ngaye ngaso sonkhe sikhatsi, futsi imisebenti tsine lamimangweni siyayibona ngobe letinkampani latibukile toyavela titotfutfukisa lemimango yetfu.”

These were the words of Mngometulu Indvuna Yemcuba Aldonaija Mamba as he expressed gratitude for the continuous support provided by Maloma Colliery Limited, under the leadership of Inyatsi Group Holdings Executive Chairman Michelo Shakantu.

Mamba when speaking during the Back to School Campaign at Lubuli Primary School, where Maloma Colliery donated over E100,000.00 worth of school shoes and sanitary pads praised Shakantu’s business leadership, highlighting the visible impact of his companies in local communities.

He emphasized that Maloma has long been investing in the development of their chiefdoms, not only through corporate social responsibility initiatives but also by providing employment to many community members.

He expressed his wish for children in the community to be aware of where their school shoes come from and emphasizied that they are not just donations but a product of the Executive Chairman’s commitment to community upliftment.
