Dubai, UAE— Talk about a big brand with big plans for our big hotel.
Palazzo Hospitality, the newly appointed operator of Eswatini’s International Convention Centre (ICC) and Five-Star Hotel (FISH), has pledged to make the facility a leading destination for conferences and exhibitions in Africa.
Deputy Managing Director of Palazzo Hospitality, Baraa Khawash, expressed confidence in the company’s ability to deliver a return on investment for the country, citing their extensive experience and expertise in the competitive hospitality sector.

Following the signing of the management agreement with the Minister for Tourism, Jane Mkhonta, at the Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai on Wednesday, Khawash spoke of the company’s enthusiasm for the project.

She emphasized the company’s commitment to elevating both the five-star hotel and the international convention centre, enhancing the existing hospitality landscape through entertainment, luxury events, celebrations and much more.
Khawash pledged to collaborate closely with the Ministry of Tourism and other government ministries to develop strategies that will ensure the success of the project and benefit the Kingdom of Eswatini as a whole.
