Eswatini star Young Zesh has officially launched his record label, ‘Mabonwa Abulawe Records,’ and has simultaneously released his debut single under the label, titled ‘Bustard.’

This bold move marks a significant milestone in the artist’s career, showcasing his ambition and desire for creative independence.

In an exclusive interview, Young Zesh shared the inspiration behind ‘Bustard,’ revealing that the song serves as a heartfelt message to his fans regarding his recent departure from his former label, Upscale Live.

“The message is straightforward, and I put it respectfully. The song is very good, and the hook is on another level,” he expressed.

The process of creating ‘Bustard’ was both swift and emotional for Young Zesh. “I only took 10 minutes to do the song. I worked on a trap beat and incorporated SiSwati and English lyrics to give it a unique flavour.

The song was produced by Sean Cast with the music video directed by Tinashe Naishe,” he explained.

The launch of Mabonwa Abulawe Records represents a significant step for Young Zesh, who has long been recognized as one of Eswatini’s most promising musical talents.

“I decided to do my thing and study this music thing. I wanted to stand on my own,” he revealed, indicating his determination to carve out his path in the industry.
