What a timely partnership!
Ingwenyama Cup finalists Moneni Pirates have scooped an E150 000 sponsorship package from Stucky Motors Eswatini. This was launched and signed on Wednesday at the car dealership premises in Manzini.
The launch was in the company of Moneni President Thulani Xaba, the director of Multipurpose Distributors and Stucky Motors top brass in Dealer Principal Eugene Oelofse and Sales Manager Derick Jele as well as Moneni management and marketing team.
“We as Stucky Motors are very happy today to launch this partnership with Moneni Pirates Football Club. I would like to thank our Director Leo Stucky and the President of Moneni Pirates, Thulani Xaba, for negotiating the partnership to a successful agreement.

“We are excited today to announce a sponsorship of E150 000. The sponsorship will also include a commission-based structure whereby, for every truck that a Moneni Pirates supporter buys, a commission will be paid to the club.
We are excited about this commission structure as it provides an opportunity to the club to earn money whenever it’s membership buys a truck from Stucky Motors Eswatini,” announced Stucky Motors Sales Manager Derick Jele to a huge round of applause.
Jele said this was also open to other clubs’ supporters who may want to buy under the Moneni deal, including friends of the club’s supporters.
“We encourage the membership of the club to utilise this partnership to further support the club. We have agreed with the team on an incremental commission structure on our full range of trucks from the 4 Tonne to the Actross trucks,” appealed Jele.
Meanwhile, for each quote or purchase, the buying person must state if they were doing so under the Moneni Pirates agreement. The company, on conclusion of the sale and payment received, will then make a payment to Moneni.
The Sea Robbers of Moneni go to the final coming from a 4-2 defeat to army side, Young Buffaloes in the MTN Premier League.

The opponents in the Sunday finale, Royal Leopard, outfoxed Ezulwini United 7-0. Moneni were first to taste Leopard’s wrath when they were trounced 5-1 recently in the league by Leopard.
The two will clash as Somhlolo National Stadium whereby 10 000 spectators are expected as per the tickets put up for sale since last week.
Meanwhile, the company also sells passenger cars from Mercedes Benz, Haval (GWM), OMODA, and JAECCO, among others, while a new truck brand, Shacman is also on offer.
Worth noting is that should Moneni be able to support the company through its supporters and other corporate stakeholders, the deal is set to see the package increase next year as Stucky looks forward to a long term relationship.
