Eswatini’s rising musician Cool Drop is preparing to release a deeply personal and inspirational new single titled Sphiwo Sami, a song that celebrates faith, perseverance and the belief that no one can take away a gift bestowed by God.
The highly anticipated single is scheduled for release on July 25, 2026, and will be available on all major digital streaming platforms.
Speaking in an interview ahead of the release, the artist described Sphiwo Sami as more than just another song, saying it is a testimony of his personal journey in music and life. 
He explained that the song draws its inspiration from his God-given talent and the challenges he has encountered while pursuing his musical career. “Sphiwo Sami is a spiritual and inspirational song that speaks about the gift God has given me, the gift of singing,” he said.
“The inspiration came from my own journey in music and in life.
There have been many moments where people doubted me or tried to block my progress, but I realised that when God gives you a gift, no one can take it away.”
The musician said his experiences taught him that while people may attempt to stand in the way of one’s success, God’s purpose will always prevail.
“No matter the obstacles, God’s purpose always finds a way.
I wanted to express gratitude to God while also encouraging others to believe in the gifts and purpose He has placed in their lives,” he said.
Beyond sharing his personal testimony, Cool Drop said the song carries a universal message aimed at inspiring people from all walks of life.
He said Sphiwo Sami is dedicated to everyone who has had to fight through rejection, criticism and difficult circumstances in pursuit of their dreams.
