South African gospel star Putuma Tiso has been confirmed as one of the featured performers for the fifth edition of the Mount Zion Experience, scheduled for October 30, 2026, at the Manzini Metropolitan Evangelical Church.
The Mount Zion Experience Foundation announced Tiso as part of its preparations for this year’s gathering, describing the event as an opportunity for believers to come together in worship and prayer. “There are moments when we don’t simply gather; we ascend.
Moments when worship becomes our language, prayer becomes our posture, and the presence of God becomes our destination,” the organisers stated in announcing the event.
The foundation said the 2026 edition would build on the vision of the annual gathering, which was launched in 2022 and has since grown into a regular gospel and worship event on the local calendar.
“The Mount Zion Experience 2026 returns for its 5th Edition, and this year, we believe God is calling us higher in faith, deeper in worship, and closer to His presence.
We are honoured to present Putuma Tiso as we gather for a night of the Word, prayer, hymns, psalms and spiritual songs,” the organisers said.
The event is expected to combine gospel music performances with prayer, preaching, hymns, psalms and spiritual songs, creating a programme focused on both musical and spiritual engagement.
The organisers have emphasised that the gathering is intended to provide worshippers with an opportunity to step away from their everyday routines and spend time in collective worship and prayer.
“This is not just a night to attend. It is a night to encounter. A night to lay down burdens, lift our voices, and seek the face of God together. Come with expectation. Come with your testimony.
Come ready to worship,” the foundation posted on social media. Adding a distinctive visual element to this year’s gathering, the organisers have announced an All White Affair as the official dress code.
Attendees have been encouraged to dress in white for the worship experience, with the organisers associating the colour with purity, faith and reverence.
Tickets for the Mount Zion Experience are already on sale through Smart Ticket, with organisers encouraging those planning to attend to secure their tickets ahead of the event.
According to the ticketing structure released by the organisers, the early bird general tickets have already sold out.
Early bird VIP tickets are currently available for E350, while general presale tickets will be sold for E150 after the early bird phase.
Those who wait until the day of the event to purchase their tickets at the gate will pay E200.
The organisers have encouraged gospel music followers, worshippers and church groups intending to attend the gathering to purchase their tickets during the presale period.
The ticket structure provides different options for attendees while allowing the organisers to prepare for the expected turnout ahead of the fifth edition.
