Skylight Ethiopian Hotel Addis Ababa hosted the Ministers of Tourism from Eswatini and Botswana during the African Union and African Tourism Board celebrations that preceded the historical signing and endorsement in partnership between the AU and the ATB.
The AU and ATB signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU). The Minister of Tourism and Environmental Affairs Moses Vilakati was present to witness the solidifying of the partnership.

The MoU was signed on Tuesday opening a new chapter for tourism in Africa. This new chapter for Tourism Cooperation in Africa is also a new chapter for the African Tourism Board, the African Union, and the African Continent.
Cuthbert Ncube, the Chairman of the African Tourism Board, also travelled to Addis Ababa to sign this historic Memorandum of Understanding between the two organisations at the African Union Headquarters.
