The fierce bout unfolded at the Durban International Convention Centre on Friday where the stout built Sibandze gave Eswatini’s hopes for glory following the early exit of five local boxers.
Sibandze will face Marusenga M on Saturday at the iconic venue.

However, two other local boxers Phelindaba Gamedze and Mayibongwe Mdluli bowed out in the tournament after losing to Clair Marvin and Collin Clair, both from Mauritius on unanimous decisions.
