The Inyatsi Schools Arts and Culture Competitions have received a huge boost with a total sponsorship of E700,000.
The primary sponsor, Inyatsi Foundation, has generously contributed E500 000, which will ensure the event’s success and sustainability.
Additional sponsors include the Eswatini Network of Women, which has injected E150 000, and Imisebe Publishers, contributing E50 000 to the cause.
The President of the Eswatini Schools Arts and Culture Association, Ronnie Gamedze, expressed his profound gratitude towards the Inyatsi Foundation for their critical support.
“As an association, we have a passion to nurture children in all aspects, including cultural activities and talent.
This generous sponsorship allows us to continue our mission of fostering creativity and cultural appreciation among our youth,” Gamedze said.
Gcinekile Nxumalo, representing the Inyatsi Foundation, emphasized the foundation’s dedication to long-term collaboration with the association.
“The Inyatsi Foundation is proud to support the Eswatini Schools Arts and Culture Competitions. We believe in the power of arts and culture to transform lives and communities.

Our partnership with the association will undoubtedly yield positive outcomes for the youth of Eswatini,” Nxumalo stated.
She also commended the organizing team for their dedication and hard work in preparing for the finals, scheduled to take place on June 26-27, 2024.
Eswatini National Arts and Culture Council, Chief Executive Officer Stanley Dlamini also praised the sponsors for their generous contributions.
“This support is not just a financial boost but an investment in building our nation. We are committed to uplifting the arts, particularly among the youth, as it has become one of the highest-paying careers today.
Even if children do not excel academically, arts can provide them with a viable and rewarding career path,” Dlamini remarked.
The presentation event was attended by members of the Eswatini Schools Arts and Culture Association, headteachers, and other notable guests.
Eswatini NOW wants to unlock women’s and youth’s potential through sports and art
The Eswatini Network of Women (Eswatini NOW) has dedicated itself to unlocking the potential of women and youth through the transformative power of sports and arts.

Lindelwa Makhanya, Deputy Chair of Youth Empowerment at Eswatini NOW, announced the organization’s pledge of E150 000 to support the event.
Makhanya emphasized the organization’s goal to nurture and showcase the artistic talents of Eswatini’s young generation through this initiative.
Speaking at the event, Makhanya expressed her excitement and pride, emphasizing the organization’s dedication to harnessing the transformative power of sports and art to unlock the full potential of Eswatini’s youth and women.
“It is with great honour and excitement that I stand before you today to announce a significant milestone in our commitment to empowering the youth of Eswatini,” she declared.
The sponsorship, in collaboration with Inyatsi Group, is set to benefit primary and high schools across Eswatini, which will provide a vital platform for students to showcase their artistic talents.
