Inyatsi Group Holdings has concluded a week-long strategy meeting aimed at challenging conventional thinking, aligning priorities and shaping the Group’s strategic direction for sustainable growth.
Group Chairman Michelo Shakantu joined leaders from across the Group during the strategy session, which focused on examining the business beyond plans, targets and activities and asking what it means to be truly strategic.

The session was guided by Inyatsi’s ambition to become Africa’s Leading Integrated Business Partner, with leaders challenged to confront the Group’s current realities, make bold choices and identify opportunities that can strengthen its long-term position.
The Executive Chairman said strategy was not simply about defining where it wanted to go, but about making the right choices today to determine how far it could go in the future.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for leaders to align priorities and translate bold ideas into clear strategic direction and purposeful action.

Shakantu further said the strategy process would lay the foundation for decisions aimed at positioning the Group for sustainable growth while strengthening its integrated business model across Africa.
