The 2019 Annual Mbombela Jazz Festival edition is upon us. The Harmocept events management in Partnership with Mpumalanga Tourism and Parks Agency is proud to host the Mbombela Annual Jazz Festival which is now in its 3rd Year.
Once again the festival promised a weekend of world-class entertainment that will enthral the audiences expected to descend into the City of Mbombela from beyond the borders of Mpumalanga and even South Africa. Building towards the 3rd instalment the festival promises to continue to provide world-class entertainment to its solid patrons who have grown astronomically in numbers over the past two years.
As the 3rd edition of Mbombela Jazz festival is staged in the Mpumalanga Provincial Government is proud of the fact that the economic spinoffs from hosting this festival have been borne out. As a provincial flagship event for the province, the festival undoubtedly continues to enhance the tourism value of Mpumalanga.
The 2019 edition will again feature a very exciting programme, featuring USA’s born Multi-Award winning Syleena Johnson who will mesmerize the crowd at the Mbombela Jazz Festival on the 7th September from 18h00 till 06h00. The main Festival will be preceded by the Annual Ray Phiri Memorial Lecture to be held at University of Mpumalanga on the 5th of September 2019 and it will be addressed by Professor PLO Lumumba from Kenya reported by the founder of Mbombela Jazz Festival, Anele Mbasane.
