The main aim of these activities is to create a customer centric business environment in line with the strategic road map of Vision 2022. The first of these is a customer service march which will take place on 4 October in Mbabane.

This will be followed by the Customer Experience Conference which will take place on 17 & 18 October 2019 then the awards dinner on the evening of 18 October to which all are invited. Details are available on the Eswatini Customer Service Facebook page.
