Mbuso Ncaza Nkosi took the stand before Judge Nkosinathi Maseko during the murder trial of Sipho Shongwe for the murder of businessman Victor Gamedze.

Ncaza who is back in the country for the second time to give evidence finally got a chance to give evidence. The matter could not proceed the last time he was in Eswatini on the 10th January 2022 because Sipho Shongwe’s legal team did not show up in court.

Yesterday, 14th February 2022, Ncaza gave evidence detailing the part he played in the murder of Victor Gamedze. During the trial Ncaza became emotional when he explained how he killed Victor. The court had to adjourn to give him time to compose himself.

Ncaza requested permission to apologize to Victor Gamedze’s family for his murder on the 14th January 2018. The court gave him the opportunity and he proceeded to extend his apology to the family. Ncaza will take the witness stand again today as the trial continues.
