Former Siphofaneni MP Gundwane Gamedze’s memorial service drew hundreds of emaSwati from all walks of life, including legislators, church leaders and the public.
Speaking on behalf of the Gamedze family, Mduduzi Gamedze said his brother was a giver, who cared for everyone genuinely.
“He was a hardworking man who gave his all to the development of the community. We thank everyone for the support we have received since his passing,” he said.
His in-laws, the Shongwe family, expressed their sadness at his death, saying his loss would be felt by the whole family.”

The former MP, who was born on 9 April 1949, passed away on January 25. He served as a legislator for 20 years.
