Nobuhle tees-off in E1 million tournament

Professional golfer Nobuhle Dlamini is among the 112 golfers from all over the world that will tee off Wednesday morning in the E1 million sponsored Jabra Ladies Classic.

The three rounds tournament will be played at the lavish Glendower Golf Club in the lush residential area of Edenvale in Johannesburg. Established in 1939, the club has gone on to host many spectacular and historical golfing events.

The Par 72 boasts over sixty bunkers, water hazards on 11 out of 18 holes, exceptional practice facilities and a very trendy clubhouse. The winner is expected to take home over E100k.

This is the fourth tournament under the Ladies Sunshine Tour since the season beginning of the year. The Lobamba-born star will tee off at 8 am alongside the duo of Michelle Forsland from Norway and South Africa’s Kelsey Nicholas.

Next for Dlamini will be one of the biggest tournaments sanctioned by both the Ladies Sunshine Tour and the Ladies European Tour (LET) Joburg Open set for the Modderfontein Golf Club, South Africa.

The about E5.8 million sponsored tournament will be played from March 1 – 4th and Dlamini has already entered the tournament.
