Nsingizini Hotspurs looking to hire a CEO

Nsingizini Hotspurs are looking to bolster their technical department as the team prepares for the new season. The team is looking to hire a full-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to run the club.

Interested candidates have until June 10, 2023, to apply for the vacant post. The Shiselweni-based outfit is looking for a CEO who will oversee the overall operations of the club in a professional manner, ensuring that all objectives and targets set by the Board of Directors are met.

Most of the clubs in the country have CEOs but they usually act as Public Relations Officers (PROs) of the clubs. Qualifying candidates must have at least five years of experience as a CEO or other managerial position and he or she must have an in-depth understanding of the football industry, risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Hotspurs are among the ambitious teams in the country having already bagged the inaugural MoMo Cup on their first campaign in the elite league. They also finished sixth in the ended MTN Premier League.

According to the post from their official Facebook page, the candidate must have at least a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any quantitative, law, or related field, and qualification in sports management is an added advantage.
