The Elections and Boundaries Commissions (EBC) has extended appreciation towards emaSwati for participating in the nomination stage of the elections.

This was said by EBC Spokesperson Mbonisi who was responding to a question on how the first day of the nominations went.

Bhembe stated that the Commission was still going through the reports submitted from the respective constituencies countrywide and would revert with a conclusive summary to the public.

“We’re still looking at reports of the day. Despite that EBC is grateful emaSwati came out in numbers to participate in the nomination. We’re unable to give numbers of the process yet,” Bhembe said briefly.
