E150 000 for Cold Chain Summit 2019 headline sponsor

The Cold Chain Summit Eswatini 2019 headline sponsor has an unprecedented opportunity to align itself with the first ever cold chain high-level meeting to be hosted in the Kingdom of Eswatini.

The event themed, “Keeping it Fresh” is said to be staged from August 7-8 at Mavuso Exhibition and Trade Centre in Manzini.

Since only one company or organisation stands a chance to become Platinum or headline sponsor for the summit, this means that the headline sponsor has guaranteed and exclusive access to over 500 local, regional, and international delegates and exhibitors that are anticipated to attend the summit.

The summit’s headline sponsor package includes; outdoor display, 10 complimentary tickets, a five minutes presentation during the summit, event branding for key material, four banners display in strategic positions, a complimentary stand, and logo display on the summit website.

This has been announced by the National Agricultural Marketing Board (NAMBoard), as per its promise to soon unveil the summit’s sponsorship packages last week. The announced packages vary from Platinum, Diamond, Gold, and Silver. There are also additional sponsorship opportunities including; material sponsors-conference bags, lanyards, brochures, badges, video, and programme, workshop partners-women’s perspective and young professionals, reception sponsor-for networking cocktail, lunch sponsor, and general sponsor.

NAMBoard Chief Executive Officer Siphephiso Dlamini said the level of detail they are pouring into the forthcoming summit will guarantee that the first summit has the elevated profile and quality required by exceptional businesses who seek to attain or maintain unrivalled brand positions in their sectors.

“The level of our exclusive sponsorship offer includes high-level promotion and it is designed to make our headline sponsor to stand out from the crowd. Whereas, the common benefits to each package are determined by the level that one maybe interested in,” explained Dlamini.

The summit is expected to attract local, regional, and international decision makers, financiers, innovators from the retail food industry, farmers, food processors, distributors, financiers, as well as transporters of frozen, chilled and ambient products.

“Through the tailored nature of our sponsorship packages, we will ensure that we give our sponsors a prestigious platform to project their brand, business, products and corporate values, grow their business connections, and ensure that they cement their stakeholder bonds,” said Dlamini.

In addition to the custom-made strategy, the summit sponsors will also benefit from a plethora of promotional activities offered through additional sponsorship packages, all of which are provided in greater detail on the summit’s website, www.coldchaineswatini.com.

“We commit to be with our sponsors every step of the way to our special summit, making sure that they get everything they deserve as stipulated in their sponsorship packages of the first Cold Chain Summit.”

The summit will run concurrently with an exhibition, whose aim is to give stakeholders insights into the sector’s latest technology projects in cold chain distribution, transportation, packaging solutions, and data and temperature monitoring technologies amongst other things.

The summit is supported by the Government of the Kingdom of Eswatini and endorsed by the Produce Market Association (PMA).

The key objectives of the summit are; to unlock hidden value within fresh produce value chains; to create entrepreneurship opportunities at all levels of the value chain; kickstart the process of alliances, networks and knowledge required to commercialise agriculture; and to contribute in Government’s economic turnaround strategy by boosting both local and export sales.
