… Bank launches eWallet Plus
FNB Eswatini has launched eWallet Plus, an enhanced version of its eWallet service that expands the ways customers can send, receive and access money.
eWallet Plus now allows existing FNB Eswatini customers to forward and send a received eWallet as well as send money to MTN Momo and other participating wallets in the Eswatini Payment Switch. This also means money can be received into eWallet Plus from these wallets and other bank accounts.
FNB’s Executive Head of Retail Dr Mncedzi Ngomane said eWallet Plus was focused on giving the bank’s customers even greater flexibility. “eWallet has long been a trusted solution for customers who need a simple and convenient way to send money. With the introduction of eWallet Plus, we are expanding those capabilities to provide greater flexibility in how customers send, receive and access funds across different accounts and wallets. This enhancement reflects our commitment to making banking more accessible and meeting our customers’ and all emaSwati’s evolving financial needs,” he said.
In addition to expanded transfer capabilities, eWallet Plus continues to offer zero monthly account fees and cardless access to cash through FNB ATMs nationwide, making it a practical solution for customers seeking convenient day-to-day money management.
Ngomane then added that customers simply needed to dial *130*321#, choose option 0 and follow the prompts to upgrade to eWallet Plus.
