Excitement is reaching fever pitch ahead of the highly anticipated third edition of the MoMo Xperience,
with organisers confirming that VIP tickets are already 80 per cent sold out less than two weeks before the event takes place at Malkerns Country Club.
The “hot fatcakes on a cold morning selling” VIP tickets signal growing public enthusiasm for what has become one of Eswatini’s most anticipated entertainment events.
Event organiser Mbekezeli ‘Culolam’ Dlamini confirmed the impressive ticket sales, encouraging prospective attendees to secure their tickets before they are completely sold out.
Tickets are currently selling for E250 for general access and E550 for VIP access. Children can attend for E50, while patrons who wish to bring cooler boxes will be required to pay an additional E50 fee.
Tickets are available through Smart Ticket. The rapid uptake of VIP tickets is a testament to the growing reputation of MoMo Xperience, which has steadily evolved into one of the country’s premier lifestyle and entertainment events.
Since its inception, the event has expanded beyond being simply a music festival, positioning itself as a platform that celebrates culture, creativity, innovation and community engagement.
This year’s edition is scheduled to run from June 27, 2028, providing attendees with more than 16 hours of uninterrupted entertainment and activities.
Organisers have promised a comprehensive programme designed to cater to diverse audiences and age groups, combining world-class musical performances with cultural showcases, interactive experiences and educational engagements.
Adding to the excitement, organisers recently unveiled renowned media personalities Bantu Nots and Ndosh Webe Ngunee as the official masters of ceremonies for the event.

One of the biggest attractions of this year’s festival will undoubtedly be the headline performances by South African Amapiano sensation Sam Deep and award-winning acapella group The Soil.
Sam Deep has become one of the most influential names in the Amapiano movement, earning widespread recognition through chart-topping productions and collaborations with some of the genre’s biggest stars.
Equally anticipated is the performance by The Soil, one of South Africa’s most respected and beloved musical groups.
Among the artists scheduled to perform are Bholoja, Sancheziey, Gifted Kosie, DJ Mbo, DJ Tira and The Scientist.
The inclusion of both local and regional talent demonstrates the event’s commitment to showcasing established stars while also providing a platform for artists from Eswatini to perform alongside internationally recognised performers.
Speaking about the growth of the event, Dlamini said MoMo Xperience has become much more than a traditional concert.
He explained that the organisers have intentionally developed the platform into a holistic experience that celebrates creativity, innovation and meaningful human connections.
“Our vision has always been to create an event that offers more than entertainment. We want people to leave having enjoyed great performances, connected with others and experienced something unique,” he said.
According to Dlamini, the event’s success over the years has been driven by a desire to create memorable experiences while simultaneously contributing to broader conversations around innovation and financial inclusion.
