The 2025 edition of the “Win-a-Car” competition at the Eswatini International Trade Fair (EITF) will feature a significant change in the prize announcement ceremony.
Speaking at the launch and handover event EIPA CEO Sibani Mgomezulu confirmed that His Majesty King Mswati III will personally announce the winner during the Trade Fair.

The competition’s 2025 prize is a Kia Sonnet LX, jointly funded by WesBank and Eswatini Auto Fin, and worth E378,865. WesBank contributed E230,000, and Eswatini Auto Fin added E148,865.
Mgomezulu said the organisers had taken steps to modernise the process.
“We have digitalised the entry process for the competition to make it more seamless for all participants,” he said.

The ‘Win-a-Car’ competition is one of the Trade Fair’s major attractions and has been credited with boosting attendance figures.
