PM tours Trade Fair stalls

Prime Minister Russell Dlamini conducted an extensive tour of various exhibition stalls at the ongoing Eswatini International Trade Fair (EITF), held at the Mavuso Trade and Exhibition Centre in Manzini.

This high-profile visit underscored the government’s commitment to promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and national development through platforms that showcase the country’s diverse economic potential. During his tour, Prime Minister Dlamini engaged directly with numerous exhibitors representing key institutions across multiple sectors.

The displays ranged from cutting-edge technological innovations to essential services and business opportunities aimed at driving Eswatini’s socio-economic growth.

The Prime Minister’s interactions were marked by a keen interest in understanding the exhibitors’ products and services, as well as their challenges and plans.

In his discussions, the Prime Minister offered thoughtful suggestions to exhibitors on how they could enhance and better position their products in both local and international markets.

His advice emphasised the importance of quality improvement, innovation, and alignment with global standards to increase competitiveness.

By encouraging exhibitors to continuously refine their offerings, the Prime Minister aimed to foster a culture of excellence and resilience among Eswatini’s business community.

Accompanying Prime Minister Dlamini on this tour were several key government officials, including Deputy Prime Minister Thulisile Dladla, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Pholile Shakantu,

Minister of Education and Training Owen Nxumalo, and Minister of Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs Bongani Nzima.

Their presence highlighted the multi-sectoral approach the government is taking to support the trade fair and the broader economic agenda.
